Your Host
Adam’s journey began in his early 20’s, selling out as the most successful food concept at Glastonbury festival, before he moved on to be the youngest chef at Nobu L0ndon, quickly rising to the position of expeditor & running the pass.Following this success, he set out on a multi-year long trip around
the world, training with some of the most talented local chefs.This dining experience is the culmination of that journey, curated carefully - designed to be memorable.

The Feast
6 menus to choose from, each one leveraging the finest Portuguese ingredients to inspire a table adorned with a set of dishes from around the world. The food arrives at once, in a mezze style setting - whether Lebanese, Japanese, Peruvian or Mexican. This isn't a tasting menu, it's a feast. Explosive flavours. Bespoke
Every menu on offer has been designed to deliver an exceptional experience but some occasions call for something beyond the menu.
