I'm Adam. I trained at, and ran the kitchen at Nobu in Mayfair, and have spent years travelling in pursuit of the world's most interesting flavours. I bring all of that, and the best of what Portugal grows, directly to your home as a private chef. This is serious cooking, served without pretension.
